Instructions for creating tables

1. Product import – export – inventory information is prepared on the basis of managing and tracking products for export on the accounting book system according to the regulations on accounting regime of the Ministry of Finance and according to the source.

2. Instructions for preparing final settlement reports:

  • Column (2) : Is the code of the product built by the enterprise to manage import – export – inventory. Note to use product codes according to corporate governance to declare on export declarations.
  • Column (4) : Is the unit of measurement of the product used in production management, goods purchase and sale transactions with foreign partners and declared on the customs declaration.
  • Column (5) : Is the amount of products in stock at the end of the previous period transferred to the current reporting period.
  • Column (6) : Is the amount of products warehoused in the reporting period, including products produced by organizations and individuals during the finished product warehouse period; reprocessed products; Products were exported but returned by customers;…
  • Column (7) : Is the amount of products that use raw materials and supplies from imported sources for processing and export production but are not exported but are changed for use, transferred for domestic consumption, or destroyed ( In case of destruction, explain clearly in column 11 and provide attached documents, if any).
  • Column (8) : Is the amount of products that use imported raw materials and supplies for processing and export production that have actually been warehoused for export.
  • Column (9) : In case of warehouse release not detailed in columns (7), (8) includes products released from warehouse for export but not yet registered for declaration; exported for product research, damage and loss due to natural disasters, fires…
  • Column (10) : Is the amount of product in stock at the end of the reporting period.
  • Column (11) : Fill in the number/date of tax exemption decision in case of raw materials and supplies being damaged or lost due to natural disasters, fires… and other information (if any)

1. Information on import – export – inventory of raw materials and supplies is established on the basis of managing and tracking imported raw materials and supplies to produce exported goods on the accounting book system according to regulations on accounting regime of the Ministry of Finance and according to warehouse sources.

2. Instructions for preparing final settlement reports:

  • Column (2):  Is the code of raw materials and supplies built by the enterprise to manage import – export – inventory and production management. Note, use the code according to the enterprise’s administration when declaring on the customs declaration. In case an organization or individual uses a code of raw materials, supplies, or a product code different from the code declared on the customs declaration when importing raw materials, supplies, or exporting products, they must build and save the code. keep the equivalent conversion table between codes
  • Column (4):  Is the unit of measurement of raw materials and supplies used in production management, goods purchase and sale transactions with foreign partners and declared on the customs declaration.
  • Column (5):  Is the amount of raw materials and supplies at the end of the previous period transferred to the current reporting period;
  • Column (6):  Includes the amount of imported raw materials and supplies (including semi-finished products and finished products to be combined with exported products into complete products) to process and produce exported goods warehoused during the period. report; amount of raw materials and supplies transferred from other processing contracts; Imported goods that have completed customs procedures and are on their way have not yet been warehoused at the end of the reporting period; Re-stock when there is surplus on the production line; warehousing after outsourcing; The amount of raw materials and supplies of EPEs does not go through customs procedures.
  • Column (7):  Is the amount of raw materials and supplies imported to process and produce exported goods but must be exported to overseas partners, exported to a third country or exported to a non-tariff zone, EPE or transferred. Raw materials and supplies from one processing contract to another processing contract with the same or different processing partners.
  • Column (8):  Is the amount of raw materials and supplies imported for processing and production of export goods but are not used in the production of export goods but are changed for use, domestic consumption, or destruction. (In case of destruction, explain clearly in column 12 and provide attached documents, if any).
  • Column (9):  Is the actual amount of raw materials and supplies brought in to process and produce exported products, including raw materials and supplies sent for reprocessing.
  • Column (10):  Is the actual amount of raw materials and supplies provided to compensate for the consumption of raw materials and supplies, natural loss, and loss due to scrap and waste products during the production process; transitional export from one processing contract to another or the amount of raw materials and supplies released from warehouse that have not been detailed in columns (7), (8), (9) including raw materials and supplies. shortage, damage and loss due to natural disasters, fires, etc.
  • Column (11):  Is the amount of raw materials in inventory at the end of the reporting period.
